Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
HolidayList is a static holiday reference site. We do not run user accounts, sell subscriptions, or process payments. This page describes the limited data we do collect when you visit the site.
Information We Collect
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, subject, and message you submit. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and do not add you to any marketing list.
Automatically collected information
Like nearly every site on the web, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and any third-party assets we embed (Google Fonts, RSS readers, etc.) may log standard request metadata: IP address, user agent, referrer, and pages visited. We use this only in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and debug issues. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this data.
Cookies
We do not set any first-party cookies. Third-party assets (e.g. the Google Fonts stylesheet) may set their own cookies or local storage values according to their own policies. You can block these via your browser without losing access to the site.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and resolve your inquiry, then deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact information below to make a request. We respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
The site is a general-audience reference. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this page if our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
